The house was build in 1938 and was one of the few mansions in the area for its Bauhaus Style.

`The style of Bauhaus is commonly characterized as a combination of the Arts and Crafts movement with modernism, as evident in its emphasis on function and, according to the Tate, its aim to bring art back into contanct with everyday life. Thus, typical Bauhaus designs - whether evident in painting, architecture or interior design - feature little ornamentation and a focus on balanced forms and abstract shapes`.

Iakovaton Street is one of the most main roads that connects Acharnon Avenue (main avenue that leads from the centre of Athens to National Road) and Patision Avenue (main avenue that leads to the centre of Athens-Omonoia and Syntagma Square).

It is close to the Pamakaristos Hospital (20 meters walking) and to Kato Patisia train station (600m-6 min walking and on the 2nd station to Athens connects with Metro station called Attiki) or Agios Eleftherios train station (650m-7min).

The Lower-ground floor (it has an independent entrance on the right side - see the picture with the stones) is 35m2 with a hallway that leads to a small kitchen before the room and the bathroom.
At the end, there is a back door that leads to a small backyard and stairways that connects the Ground floor, 1st floor and roof.

The Ground floor is 104 m2 consist of 2 bedrooms (the one with a veranda), 1 kitchen (out of it there are the stairways that leads to Lower-ground floor, 1st Floor and roof), a bathroom (with a small warehouse above - it was very usual those years), a small room called as service room, a sitting room and a living room (which can be divided into a smaller living room and an extra room).

The First floor is larger, 111 m2, with almost the same layout of rooms. There are two entrances that give the ability to create two apartments.
